Looking After Me course

The Looking After Me course is for anybody who is a carer to a family member, partner or neighbour who needs help because they're ill, frail or have a disability. It also applies to parents of children with disabilities and people who care for someone with a drug or alcohol problem.

As its name implies, the course is about making time to look after your own health needs.   It aims to help you to take more control of your situation and make a difference to your life.
