NHS Kirklees is the leader of the local NHS. We are responsible for improving the health of our population, reducing health inequalities, and making sure that health services are in place to meet the needs of local people. We are responsible for the health of more than 400,000 people across seven areas in Huddersfield North, Huddersfield South, Spen, Dewsbury and Mirfield, Batley, Birstall and Birkenshaw.
