Chief Executive of the NHS visits NHS Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield District
Local leaders of health and social care recently met with Sir David Nicholson, Chief Executive of the NHS in England, and his colleagues from the Department of Health. The event, on Friday 20th April, was an opportunity to take stock of the national reforms, and how preparations are being made locally for the changes which are now enshrined in the Health and Social Care Act.
Over 100 people gathered to hear from Sir David, and from the PCT Cluster’s Chief Exectuive, Mike Potts.
