Advice and Complaints Team
Our customer liaison service incorporates the patient advice and liaison service (PALS) and complaints team.
They can be contacted on 01484 464464, Monday to Thursday between 10am - 12pm then 1pm - 3pm and on a Friday between 10am - 1pm (excluding bank holidays). An answerphone service is available outside these hours or when we are on other calls, where you can leave your name, contact details and a brief message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

The customer liaison service provides support with queries, concerns and complaints relating to community services such as District Nursing, Health Visiting etc., GP services, NHS dentistry, NHS opticians, NHS pharmacies and the commissioning of NHS services for the residents of Kirklees.
