Your comments, compliments, concerns or complaints all help to improve the NHS services offered to patients.
Sometimes things go wrong and you should receive an apology. By telling us about your experience this allows us to find out what has happened and answer your questions. It may allow us to change and improve the service and we will let you know how we have done this. All comments, concerns, compliments and complaints are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
