What a Publication Scheme is
This Publication Scheme is a complete guide to the information routinely published by NHS Kirklees. It is a description of the information about our Trust which we make publicly available. The Scheme will be reviewed every two years by the Information Governance Committee who will also monitor how it is operating.
In line with section 20 of The Freedom of Information Act the Information Commissioner has approved a new model publication scheme which is to be adopted by the 1 January 2009. This Publication Scheme meets this requirement.
