Breastfeeding your baby gives them the best possible start in life and has many benefits for both mothers and babies.
As well as the help and guidance available from your midwife and health visitor, there is also a network of local mums who volunteer their time to support other mothers with breastfeeding.
If you are pregnant and want support or information about feeding your baby, or if you would just like to meet up with other breastfeeding mothers, you can drop into your local support group.
