Batley Self Help Depression Group
Batley Self Help Depression group is a registered charity, supporting people with depression throughout North Kirklees.
Weekly sessions are held, which include talking therapy, living with loss group, art and writing groups, evening group and workshops (for example anger management, self confidence and self esteem). It also offers low cost open ended one to one counselling.
