A course for carers
NHS Kirklees and Kirklees Council's Carers Gateway are working together and have established a Looking After Me programme.
The Looking After Me Course is a course for carers. The seven week programme gives people the skills to help them cope with their caring situation and increases their confidence to take more control of their life.
