MEND Programme
MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do it!) is a programme run by the Young PALS.
It is a free nine week family based programme for children to become fitter, healthier and happier. The fun interactive programme covers two sessions a week. This involves two physical activity sessions (1 dry side and 1 wet side) and two theory sessions, which they must attend with a parent or guardian on the Mind and Nutrition.
