Identification
To collect medication, flu friends need to provide:
- Identification for themselves and
- Identification for the person they are collecting antivirals for.
The following list details acceptable proofs of identification:
- Birth/Marriage Certificate
- Building Society/National Savings Book
- Cheque Book
- Cheque Guarantee/Debit/Credit Card
- Child Benefit letter
- Council Tax Payment Book
- Credit Card statement (not older than six months)
- Full Driving Licence
- Military ID
- NHS Card
- Paid Utility Bill (not older than six months)
- Parent-held Record (Red Book)
- Passport/European ID Card
- Standard Acknowledgement Letter (SAL) issued by the Home Office for Asylum Seekers
- Trade Union Card
Antiviral will not be given out without this information.
